Lost in the forest this Halloween? Know that you can eat the witches butter to survive. Witches butter is an edible fungi that glows a spooky orange in the forest and tastes like a gummy bear with no flavour. But, besides being tasteless and kind of weird
looking, it is rich in polysaccarides (carbohydrates) and is being studied for it's immune boosting properties.
