I'm tired of tacos and pizza:), so the Swallow Tail chef team is going to create a Pop-Up take out menu for pick up at Container Brewing on Saturday's in May and we'd love to hear your ideas.
Our entire team will be healthy and fully masked/gloved up, your safety is our first priority. There will be designated pick up times each hour from 3-6pm so that you can pick up your dinner easily from Container Brewing on 1216 Franklin St.

The humble dandelion stomped on and ignored all it's life should really be our best friend. Pick the petals and add them to green tea for a dose of antioxidants.

So you can watch infield and I'll help you with ID or watch the video at home whenever/wherever is convenient and email me questions. Note that you are not allowed to harvest from BC parks. I'll outline in the video where you can legally pick where applicable.
