Lobster mushrooms are out in force right now, these bright red mushrooms taste wonderful with a seafood like flavour and a firm texture. Early in the mushroom season you can find porcini, lobsters and lots more curious fungi poking their heads out from the earth. We're starting our mushroom field trips for the fall and the first few dates
