SUMMER FORAGING TOUR

Join Chef Robin to learn about summer foraging. There are so many fun things to harvest in the summer like wild berries; saskatoon, salal, black huckleberry, thimbleberry, salmonberry, osoberry. Cook jams and make wild shrubs or just eat them fresh from the field. Take a 2 hour easy walk with a chef to learn about how to safely identify them and how she gathers, prepares and cooks
them.

SEA FORAGING TRIP
August 1 and 28th
Join Chef Robin for a day at the beach.
We’ll teach you how to fish for Dungeness Crab and will discuss harvesting seaweed, sea asparagus, sea urchins, sea cucumbers, clams, scallops, oysters, whelk, mussels, gooseneck barnacles in BC.
Share a sunset evening with us and bring all your questions about how to harvest from the seashore. Includes Chef Robin's foraged chowder served on the beach and other sea delicacies.
