Wild new recipes for you all, my latest experiment is making a dhalpuri roti with my furikake as a filling. That's roasted bullwhip kelp, sesame and green sichwan peppercorns. Lunch today was one of those warm roti wrapped around grilled chicken with some homemade lightly spiced kimchi and chopped wild greens.
