Chef Nicole Prasad placed a warm bowl of her curried salmon, tangy achaar pickles and soft potato filled roti in front of me to try her food for the first time yesterday (I love my job). My first bite transported me to a tropical happy place where food is zippy and comforting all at once, so a date for her
dinner was set. I'm excited to invite you to the Swallow Tail supper club to travel through your tastebuds to a place you've never been before. Her dishes mingle salty, tart and spicy notes with lovely touches of sweetness (her dessert is to die for).
