Porcini are one of the first edible mushrooms to come up in August in higher elevations! I've started to see some reishi and chanterelles already growing too.
Start your mushroom season with a mushroom foraging for beginners course with Chef Robin. This includes a zoom session with her on Monday, Sept 12 or 26th at
6pm where she will answer all of your questions before the rains come so that you are ready to head out and harvest.

mushroom, Morels, Deadly Amanitas & more
Each section will have a written and short video section outlining identifying features of each fungi with all Chef Robin's tips on how and where to find them.
