Well, you've all been asking when my next supper clubs will be and here they are! I'm collaborating with 3 amazing chefs; Jody Peck (@wildnorthernway) famed chef hunter of the peace river
valley.
Chef Madge McCulloch coming all the way from California to forage and cook with us and East Van's own Chef Chelseah Compton. I'm proud to cook and harvest alongside these talented folk for four special nights.
Wild Mushroom Feast on Nov 17+18th, 6:30pm - 159 for six courses + a discussion with the chef foragers
about the mushroom harvest. Learn a little, eat a lot! We may have lobsters, cauliflower mushrooms, pine/matsutake, chanterelle or whatever mushrooms we can harvest for the dinner.
Hunt & Gather Dinner on Nov 25+26th, 6:30pm - 159 for six courses + a chat with Chef Jody on her hunting adventures around BC and I'll talk about my harvest from the sea and land for the dinner. Some of our highlights will be either bison, elk or venison and definitely some wild mushrooms from my travels, seaweed bread and
perhaps some delicacies from the sea as well like uni.
These dinners are held in the dining room of my home kitchen in Mount
