I've been testing cuttlefish black pasta recipes and playing with Chef Chelseah Comptons shiso preserve to create a fun greeting cocktail for this dinner. I'm so excited to invite you to my little hideaway in Mount Pleasant for New Years Eve dinner! Chef Jody Peck (@wildnorthernway) will be preparing the southern fried rabbit and each chef will each conjure their own culinary spin on dishes that bring luck ensuring the best 2023 for all!
