I wanted to tell you why prices at restaurants and my supper club have gone up so much in the last few years and to offer a solution to my wonderful guests that may not be able to afford coming out to
dinner at Swallow Tail anymore. Â
 In a nutshell, have you seen the price of eggs and butter.  I'm shocked every time I go to the grocery store as I'm sure you are. Some ingredients have almost doubled in cost.  On top of that, restaurants have had to increase wages to keep
their staff and change menus to try and struggle through this difficult time. Â At Swallow Tail, I've increased the courses and included drinks so that you're getting a bigger, better experience and making it more worthwhile to run a pop-up which is more expensive than a regular restaurant operation as we don't have the economy of scale working for us when purchasing ingredients. So that's the problem. Â Now, my solution to make sure everyone can afford to come to dinner is to reserve a
section of tickets to our pop-up dinners for guests that can't afford the higher ticket prices and offer those at a discount.
