Dynamic duo! Chefs Chelseah Compton + Bruno Feldeisen, our favourite French judge from TV's 'The Great Canadian Bake Off', are creating a spring inspired eight course dinner at Swallow Tail. This intimate dinner will be long table style where you are invited to the chefs home kitchen to dine, so everyone is welcome.
The menu will be secret until the night of the dinner. Chef Robin will bring the chefs some unique spring ingredients to feature like stinging nettle, flowering currant, wild sorrel or lemonbalm
