You are invited to our morel hunting trip this spring with mycologist Willoughby Arevalo and Chef Robin Kort where you will learn how to find, safely identify, harvest and prepare the fabulously exotic, elusive
and expensive morel mushroom. Â One of the few edible mushrooms that popup in spring, burn morels can come up after a forest fire. The meet-up location will be decided the week before the trip (2 ish hours driving radius from Vancouver). Â Students that manage to grab a ticket will get to harvest and taste delicious morels on this day trip with Chef Robin.
