If you've never been to the Swallow Tail supper club, you're invited into Chef Robin's home kitchen to dine at the long table in Mount Pleasant. Meet the chefs! You are invited to dine in a private kitchen, so the chefs will talk to you about the ingredients and how they make each dish. Some dishes will be made with Chef Robin’s foraged ingredients like wild porcini mushrooms, salty local seaweeds or sea urchin roe depending on what each chef wants to use. Drinks are BYOB and our sommelier is happy to give you wine pairing suggestions.

Star Chef Bruno Feldeisen, beloved  judge on TV's The Great Canadian Bake Off, is creating a 6 course truffle menu for you. Truffle hunter, Launie Fairbairn will be out hunting for truffles for the dinner and you get to meet her adorable truffle dog, Fancy at the dinner. This is a great excuse to share some wine with a few friends and tuck into a luxurious, fine meal this holiday season.
