Truffle hunter, Launie Fairbairn will be out hunting for truffles for the dinner and you get to meet her adorable truffle dog, Fancy too. This is a great excuse to share some wine with a few friends and tuck into a luxurious,
fine meal this holiday season.
Chef Bruno will be showcasing the finest fresh truffles from Europe like Alba truffles and local BC wild truffles. Six rich, lovely courses of truffles cooked in Bruno's traditional French style.
