John Bishop, Bruno Feldeisen and I will be hosting a river cruise in France next September if anyone would like to join us on a luxury culinary cruiseship!  I'm so excited to visit the Rhone Valley especially for the wine. I'll be there to learn along with you about the culinary treasures of southern France.   Journey's with Heart is organizing this fundraising cruise for the John Bishop Scholarship Fund for culinary education and I'm ecstatic to participate.  Join us in for fall in France!

Fall Wild Indian Feast

Star Chef Tushar Tondvalkar (Winner of Chef vs Wild TV series on HULU) collaborates with Swallow Tail's foraging team to create a 7 course Indian feast at the supper club.  Ingredients like winter seaweeds, stinging nettle, porcini and wild fall greens are a few of the chef harvested ingredients that he'll weave into his delicious menu.

Chef Brent Thornton (Good thief/Is that French) creates a seven course dinner at the Swallow Tail supper club featuring the most expensive above ground mushroom in the world, Matsutake, also known as pine mushrooms paired with with East Coast lobster, treat yourself!
