We usually run our clam digging class in Birch Bay, WA. Â But, we've heard our members loud and clear, you don't want to go to the USA right now. Â So, we've moved the location to Nanaimo, BC. Â Our annual clam dig and cook out will be led by seafood expert and all around fabulous teacher, Ficus Chan and myself. Â Our wildcraft team will
be teaching you how to sustainably harvest everything from butter clams to native littleneck clams to cockles. Â Plus, your ticket includes a clam bake tasting of 5 different dishes from local chefs who will be smoking, braising and serving ceviche style clams up for your enjoyment.
