I never thought my wacky idea to host popup dinners in my garden would being going strong 15 years in! "Carnivoria" was one of our most popular dinner series, a backyard barbecue in essence where the meat keeps on coming till you are full. Each year a new star chef smokes, sears and sizzles their way into our heart through our bellies:) This years
feature chef is Brent Thornton, currently chef de cuisine at Elem, previously, Good Thief and St.Lawrence, his cooking pedigree is spectacular. Bring your own wine if you like and join like minded meat lovers in the shade of our magnolia tree. Pre-release tickets are available to Swallow Tail members
