I never thought my wacky idea to host popup dinners in my garden would being going strong 15 years in! "Carnivoria" was one of our most popular dinner series, a backyard barbecue in essence where the meat keeps on coming till you are full. Each year a new star chef smokes, sears and sizzles their way into our heart through our bellies:) This years
feature chef is Brent Thornton, currently chef de cuisine at Elem, previously, Good Thief and St.Lawrence, his cooking pedigree is spectacular.
