Each region has different mushrooms available and depending on what date you book from late summer to late fall. We'll teach you about different seasonal varieties from potentially
porcini in September sessions to expensive matsutake(pine) mushrooms in late October (Whistler). The mushroom classes are easy walking field trips where we identify as many mushrooms as we find that day building your confidence in the forest. Our teachers will give you a solid knowledge base with specialized tips and tricks to find your own mushroom patches and how to cook/preserve your harvest.
