Chefs Bruno Feldeisen, beloved judge on The Great Canadian Bake Off and our kick ass Filipino-Canadian Chef Chelseah Compton are cooking new years eve dinner featuring lobster, porcini, duck confit and
much more. It’s a long table dinner, so come as a couple or a single and you’re bound to leave with new food loving friends to bring more happiness into the new year.
NEW YEARS EVE DINNER Dec 31st in Mount Pleasant (Location to be revealed upon booking) We have 2 menus for you to choose
from: The Four Course NYE Menu 5 to 7pm seating only - Lucky lumpia with duck confit, scallion, Alaskan huckleberry hoisin sauce.
- Stuffed lemon shrimp, BC crab, topped with cheese gremolata.
- Carved beef tenderloin, truffled parsnip puree, caramelized onion + red wine marmalade
- Dessert by Chef Bruno, a “Gold” chocolate tart with espresso meringue and mandarin sauce – 95
The Six Course NYE Menu 7:30pm seating only - Nova Scotia lobster + porcini gnudi with tobiko and chive aioli.
- Lucky lumpia with duck confit, scallion, Alaskan huckleberry hoisin
sauce.
- Stuffed lemon shrimp, BC crab, topped with cheese gremolata.
- Carved beef tenderloin, truffled parsnip puree, roasted onion + red wine marmalade
