ISN'T JUST FOR COUPLES!  Valentine's day is my birthday, so I feel like I should have some authority on this darn😵‍💫 holiday... it needs a re-think.  Valentine's day should be about expressing love in ALL it's forms, bring your mom or your best friend or your partner, link arms and clink your glasses at our secret supper club in Chef Robin's home kitchen for this special Vday pop-up dinner. Kick-ass Filipino-Canadian Chef Chelseah Compton and beloved Chef Bruno Feldeisen from TV's, The Great Canadian Bake Off are creating multi-course magic for your tummy as usual, so grab a ticket and share some fancy food with your lovelies.  Take a gander at the menu below, we have two seatings and a four or six course option.  Check the link for details.

Sea Foraging Class

A Winter Culinary Adventure

Explore the seaside with Chef Robin Kort, she'll explain how to hand harvest seaweed, urchin, crab, shellfish, limpets, sea snails and much more for our Jan/Feb field trips.  In this class, we'll sample different delicious varieties of local seaweed and snuggle around a fire smoking our clams and enjoying a warm bowl of chefs wild chowder.  Crab casting will be demonstrated and we'll go for a walk by the sea to talk about beach forage, identifying all the edibles that we find.
