With Labour Day behind us and summer winding down, Swallow Tail is throwing one last summertime hurrah Secret Supper...

It's called Summer And The Sea.

On Sept 16 (6pm),  pull up a chair in the garden by the pond. With shade from the grape vines and the sound of trickling water, you'll enjoy a seafood focused (pescatarian) meal with other friendly foodies as your dining companions.

In the kitchen, we've got a couple good looking chefs - Ivan and Brooke - who are actually a couple...so there'll be love and passion fluttering around the kitchen, making it's way onto your plate. A quick look at their impressive resumes shows things like Opening Chef for Campagnolo, Executive Chef for Heather Hospitality Group and Creative Development Chef for The Donnelly Group.

The price per person is $59 . Feel free to bring a bottle of whatever you'd like to drink (BYO). We'll send you a suggested wine pairing list after you've booked.

Perfect for social couples, groups of friends who want to get together to celebrate summer, or if you're like me, you don't mind just coming by yourself to appreciate good food and share the experience with friendly strangers.
