The holidays are over, but winter is not. Why not while away the dark night of January 18th with Swallow Tail?
We'll be serving a succulent feast of wild game featuring local duck, rabbit and venison.
To make this long table feast a little extra enticing (and warm the night up, to boot) Chef Robin will also be offering the option of tasting some bourbon acquired from a recent trip to New Orleans.
So, bring along a bottle of your favourite whiskey or bourbon (or wine if that's what you fancy), gather a few friends or come on your own and we'll provide the good company.
