Carnivoria! Chef Robin's celebration of summer BBQ!

Summer's almost here and it's time to celebrate with friends in my garden!  Join Chef Robin at the Swallow Tail Supper Club for a celebration of MEAT!

A few teasers from the menu: Chef Robin's heather smoked bison ribs and  blackened ping gai chicken, all prepared on her Jamaican drum smoker.  This feast will be served buffet style and includes dessert.  Bring your own bottle of big juicy red wine or beer to share at the long table if you wish.  

When: May 31st, Saturday - rain or shine (we'll eat in the wine cellar room if it's a cool day)

Times: Two seatings: 5:30pm & 7:30pm

Where: Swallow Tail Secret Supper Club (Vancouver)

NB: This might not be the best night out for our vegetarian friends, but just so you know, at our usual suppers we are always happy to make the menu fully vegetarian upon request.
