How to Forage For Mushrooms in Vancouver

Blind dining with Chef Robin will make you a better cook. You'll put your blindfold on for the start of each course, so that you can truly focus on texture, scent and flavour of each faboulous ingredient. At this 5 course dinner, we invite you to experience every course as a food meditation. This is about exploring the pure senses of texture, taste and aroma. 

The Menu: Our chefs are going to have tons of fun with freshest most unique local, seasonal ingredients.
When: Sept 5th, Friday
Where: The swallow tail supper club (Vancouver)
Byo Bottle - Blind wine tasting is encouraged!  Share with your neighbours and brown bag your bottle.
Byo Blindfold or scarf - Just to use during certain parts of the evening.
Time: 7pm
Tickets: 69 + tip
Vegetarians are welcome - just give us a heads up.
