Hi -- Blind dining with Chef Robin will make you a better cook. You'll put your blindfold on for the start of each course, so that you can truly focus on texture, scent and flavour of each faboulous ingredient. At this 5 course dinner, we invite you to experience every course as a food meditation. This is about exploring
the pure senses of texture, taste and aroma.
