I've been eating so much BBQ meat in the last while that I really wanted to create a fully vegetarian meal to lighten the summer up. I'm going to be playing with fig wood smoke, South American peppers, melty asadero cheeses, summer mushrooms and the sweetest vine ripened tomatoes as some of the main notes for
this vegetarian feast in the garden.
