How to Forage For Mushrooms in Vancouver

There are just a few spots left for our fully vegetarian meal!
I'm going to be playing with fig wood smoke, South American peppers, melty asadero cheeses, summer mushrooms and the sweetest vine ripened tomatoes as some of the main notes for this vegetarian feast in the garden (if it's
nice out) or in the wine cellar room (if it's not).
