Found my first porcini on Sunday!  That means it's time to have our annual wild mushroom feast at the supper club.  This is your chance to try wild mushrooms that you've never heard of before like lobster, caulliflower, hedgehog, honey and more.  I'd love to extend the invitation to all Swallow Tail members and their friends for this multicourse dinner, byo pinot noir would pair nicely.
