Well, he's been in town for quite some time, having cooked up storms at Wildebeest, West, Bishop's, and many others in Vancouver and the UK (including a Michelin-starred restaurant).
But now Chef Jacob Deacon-Evans is joining Swallow Tail at a special long table supper
club to cook for you! 16 seats left, member's and their guests only!
The menu will feature "Roots to shoots; a changing season" - Celebrating the transition from winter to spring.
