Saturday, Mar 28th, join us with guest chef Jacob Evans (Michelin-starred) for some fine dining at our underground supper club.  Only 6 seats left.

If you like smoked scallop crudo with new season asparagus and fiddleheads or, perhaps, honey glazed duck wild wild mushroom scarpinocc, parsnips and wild ramps, then this might be the dinner for you!

Byob: Wine pairing list is happily provided by our resident sommelier.

$69+tip per person for this multi-course feast.

Chef Robin's Recipe Series: Preserving the scent of spring flowers in vinegar - so yummy on salads as a vinaigrette or sashimi.  This works with any edible flowers; rose petals, elderflower, dandelion or substitute a fresh herb like oregano or thyme.
