Tokyo vs Chef Robin - FIGHT! - Secret Supper - Book now

Swallow Tail Culinary Adventures

Hi ,
Chef Robin here, I'm back from Tokyo and want to share all my favourite foods from my month long trip with you.  I don't care what they say about women's hands being 'too warm' for making sushi!  But this dinner won't be just about sushi.  I want to mesh what I do best, foraging for wild ingredients with the best Japanese techniques, cause that's what Vancouver cuisine is all about, a mash up.  This multi-course feast will be great for seafood lovers... so invite all your fishy friends and we'll have a party.
DETAILS

Sat May 2nd, 6:30-9:30pm

Where: At the underground supper club in Vancouver (address to be given upon booking), long table seating - a great way to meet other food and wine lovers like yourself.

Byob: Sake is totally appropriate as well as beer (I'm partial to Asahi Kuronama the dark one). Or if you're a wine lover, riesling would be perfect.

Tickets: 69+tip per person for this Six Course Feast.

Hope you can make it,

Chef Robin

Chef Robin's Wild Cooking Series:  Check out my new video on preserving edible flowers like the flowering currant that's blooming around Vancouver right now.  They are so gorgeous and taste like sweet sage.
