Spring has sprung and Swallow Tail Tours is about to open its Wild Edibles Tour.
Swallow Tail's Wild Edibles Tour takes guests through the forest to identify local wonders like
fiddleheads, sorrel, licorice fern, big leaf maple flowers, wild berries and nettles from Spring through Summer.
In addition to exploring the rainforest in search of edibles and learning how to prepare these herbs, berries and mushrooms to make their flavours really shine, a lunch featuring some of these delicious, local foods is served.
Book a weekend tour - $39+tax/gratuity
Our tours are run by local chefs and wildcraft experts like Chef Robin Kort - Check out our latest wild foraging video of her here.
