A culinary collaboration by Chef Jefferson Alvarez, Swallow Tail  and Le Vieux Pin Winery.  This is a unique pop-up restaurant celebrating the wineries 10th Anniversary and Swallow Tail’s spring foraged ingredients.  Chef Jefferson brings it all together with elegant, fine dining flair, his menu should not be missed.


When: Sat, Jun 13, 2 Seatings at 6:30/7:30pm

Where: At a secret location in Chinatown (address to be given upon booking)

Wine: By Le Vieux Pin Winery - 3 Glasses included in each ticket

Tickets: 99+tip/tax is a steal for 8 courses plus 3 glasses of wine and a foraging talk by Chef Robin
