Chefs Dawn Doucette and Shelley Robinson (formerly of Diva at The Met), both Top Chef Canada season 4 contestants, will be Swallow Tail's special guest chefs on Aug 22. 


Together, they'll be whipping up a lavish 5-course meal of their favorite Italian summer dishes.
