Swallow Tail Culinary Adventures

We're going mushroom hunting in the old growth forest of Seymour Demonstration Forest for Halloween. Come join us for an easy cycle on a paved, cruisy path out into the backcountry. We'll lock up our bikes, and then, head into the forest with our wildcraft guide to take a peak at the freaky fungi of this distinctive region. Great for people that have taken the tour before, but want exposure to another ecosystem or for beginners that want to learn how to forage for themselves. Mushroom costumes are encouraged! Note: this is instruction only, no harvesting in the park.

If you haven't been to a supper club before, these are long table style suppers where Swallow Tail members and their guests are invited into your chefs home to enjoy a unique dining experience and one time only menu.
