How to make your own Vermouth
Hi , I'm in Barcelona and one of Spain's best kept secrets is something everyone drinks in the afternoon around here for their health and with good friends.  They call it "fer vermut" or doing vermouth, every bar has it's own, Vermut de casa with different herb mixes.  So tasty to drink in the plazas.   And, yes, the Rioja is also fantastic, of course.

We don't have much selection for good vermouth in Vancouver so I thought I'd pass on an easy recipe for making your own.
