You are invited to an intimate dinner at the secret supper club for Valentine's day. It's a seven course feast in your chefs home, a totally unique gift for food lovers.  So bring your lover, best friend or really anyone you love to celebrate being human and loving food with Chef Robin this Valentine's Day. Some dishes are inspired by chefs travels; nods to Japan, Italy, Spain and France, of course. Others honour BC's fantastic native ingredients; Oysters, salmon and wild mushrooms.  Only 10 seats left!


Valentine's Day with Chef Robin, menu teasers...

  • Black olive breadstick, whipped butter
  • Fresh BC oysters with preserved meyer lemon mignonette
  • Indian candy (sockeye salmon), peanut, papaya, chilli salad
  • Duck egg en cocotte with shavings of local truffles, fennel, green onion, rye crisp
  • Salmon sashimi, Russian garlic, pickled ginger, chive, sorrel
  • Chanterelle ravioli, lemon, cream, pineapple sage, amontillado sherry
  • Chocolate pot de creme, smoked paprika, lemon rind caramel crisp

You're invited to the underground supper club for an intimate dinner in your chefs home.    In the wine cellar room or green room ($99) or 3 private rooms ($199 includes a bottle of wine and a gift from the chef per couple)
