, It's salmon season!  What's the best way to cook each type of salmon?  I'm so excited to start smoking, bbqing, grilling and canning. Sockeye, pink, coho, chum, king are the 5 types of Pacific Salmon.  Each type of salmon has its own flavour and fat content and is only suited to certain cooking methods.  I'll share my top tips with you for cooking salmon, have fun! - Chef Robin  Check out her blog post here.
