Swallow Tail Secert Supper Club
Hi , I know, you've always wanted to come to an underground supper club, but haven't done it yet.  Do it now!  These two May suppers are NEVER going to be repeated; one time, unique menus from star chefs for members and their friends only.  And BYOB, no corkage!
 
May 7th - Secret Supper - Slow Fish Revolution!
It's halibut and Spot Prawn Season, so Chef Shelley Robinson (Top Chef Seaons 4, Diva at the Met) will be creating a menu to ring in the spring bounty of the sea.  You're invited to Swallow Tails' secret supper club for dinner.  6:30-9:30pm - $69

Seafood Feast Featuring: Giant pacific octopus, her award winning "oceanwise" chowder, spot prawn crudo (yes, they're finally here) , olive oil poached halibut and many more delicacies.
May 1st - Secret Supper with Chef Daniel
8 Course Dinner by Chef Daniel celebrating the best of spring in Vancouver.   You're invited to Swallow Tails' secret supper club for dinner.  6:30-9:30pm - $69

Chef Daniel Crossin is guest starring at the supper club on May 1st and you can win a free ticket!  He has staged at the famous Noma in Copenhagen, Momofuku in New York and cut his teeth cooking in Michelin starred restaurants in London.  So this is one dinner you shouldn't miss!

First Course
Chicken wing “Den style” stuffed with rice and mushrooms, slow poached farm egg, peas à la française, broad beans, bacon jam and chicken jus

Second Course
Fresh cod brandade, parsley, salted lemon and sourdough

Salad of steelhead trout, asparagus, fingerling potatoes, beans, chicharron, lettuces

Fourth Course
Braised spring lamb and belly with sweet corn, grits, bitter greens and gremolata

Spring Foraging Tours - Start May 8th and 29th 
Come out with our biologist, wildcraft guides for a walk in the forest to identify wild edibles; fiddleheads, wild camomile, edible trees etc.  Light lunch included. More details here.
