An evening of Modern Mexican Tapas - $15
Chef Paulis Langins(Tableau/Sawmill Bay Seafood) and Jane Cornborough (L'Abattoir/Harvest) create a one time only, fabulous menu of Mexican fusion at the Swallow Tail secret supper club. Order what you like off the menu, come for a snack or a full dinner.

This is a stand up and mingle affair at your chefs home, wine cellar room or green room. A great way to start a Saturday evening with friends, byo bottle of mescal or tequila to share if you like and graze on tasty Mexican inspired tapas.
Your ticket includes a tequila cocktail shot and a
greeting tapa - 6pm or 7:30pm
Tapas will range from $4-7, please bring cash for any you wish to purchase.
