Where do you meet the hottest up and coming chefs and unsung heros of the Vancouver culinary scene?  At an underground supper club like this one, of course!

An evening of Modern Mexican Tapas - $15
Chef Paulis Langins(Tableau/Sawmill Bay Seafood) and Jane Cornborough (L'Abattoir/Harvest) create a one time only, fabulous menu of Mexican fusion at the Swallow Tail secret supper club.  Order what you like off the menu, come for a snack or a full dinner.

  • Savoury grilled beef heart with chimmichuri
  • Albondigas Verdes-Mexican meatballs with peppers & tomatillos
  • Sawmill Bay Seafood ceviche with lime, chili, cilantro
  • Grilled Chilliwack corn, Mexi style with spiced butter
  • Harvest BC Kale & squash tacos, traditional queso fresco
  • Tres leches
This is a stand up and mingle affair at your chefs home, wine cellar room or green room.  A great way to start a Saturday evening with friends, byo bottle of mescal or tequila to share if you like and graze on tasty Mexican inspired tapas.

Your ticket includes a tequila cocktail shot and a greeting tapa - 6pm or 7:30pm
Tapas will range from $4-7, please bring cash for any you wish to purchase.
