  • Purple, red, golden beet - Fraser valley beets in different textures with home made ricotta and a coronation grape vinaigrette  
  • Yuzu cured Salmon - Ponzu (yuzu) cured salmon with cucumbers, cucumber broth and salmon roe
  • Masa Spot Prawns - Masa’s sushi rice “risotto” with sautéed spot prawns, heirloom squash and salsa verde   
  • Loin & hazelnut  - Organic beef loin, pomme Anna, young broccoli,  hazelnut gomae
  • Surprise course!

Chef Paulis Langins(Tableau/Sawmill Bay Seafood) and Chef Jane Cornborough (L'Abattoir/Harvest) create a one time only, fabulous menu of Mexican fusion at the Swallow Tail secret supper club.  Order what you like off the menu, come for a snack or a full dinner. BYOB

This is a stand up and mingle affair at your chefs home.  A great way to start a Saturday evening with friends, BYO bottle of mescal or tequila to share if you like and graze on tasty Mexican inspired tapas. Your ticket includes a tequila cocktail shot and a greeting tapa.
More tapas will range from $4-7, please bring cash for any you wish to purchase.
