Modern Mexican Pop-up - Let's PARTY!

Chef Jane Cornborough (L'Abattoir/Harvest) creates a one time only, fabulous evening of Mexican fusion at the Swallow Tail secret supper club.  This is a stand up and mingle affair at your chefs home, wine cellar room or green room.  A great way to start a Saturday evening with friends, byo bottle of mescal or tequila to share if you like and graze on tasty Mexican inspired tapas.  Let's pretend we're somewhere SUNNY! 

Modern Mexican Tapas Party - Details
Yes, I know that tapas are Spanish not Mexican, but this is fusion people!  Your ticket includes a tequila cocktail shot and a greeting tapa - $15, Nov 5th, 6pm or 7:30pm
Tapas will range from $4-7, please bring cash for any you wish to purchase.
I'm even going to throw in a dress code:  Bright, colourful clothing is encouraged, let's bring the sun back to Vancouver!
    This dinner is great for vegetarians, just tell us 72 hours in advance

     Chef Jacob Deacon Evans will pick only the finest ingredients from BC's farmers markets and create a one of a kind five course feast for your dining pleasure. 
    Long table supper at your chefs home in Vancouver, byob, wine pairing list available upon request.  Only 15 tickets left!
