DEC 7th - Chef Jacob Deacon-Evans

Menu teasers...

  • Squash & salmon roe: Heirloom squash custard with blood orange and marinated salmon roe
  • Sunchoke & oxtail: Roast sweet onions stuffed with sunchoke, glazed oxtail and black trumpet mushrooms with sunchoke soubise and granola
  • Crab “congee": Dungeness crab congee with celeriac, celery and salsa verde
  • Duck & broccoli: Roast Fraser valley duck breast with segleinde potatoes, broccoli and hazelnut gomae sauce  
  • "Tropical creme brûlée”: Bruleed carpaccio of mango and pineapple vanilla custard

DEC 9th - Learn the basics of wine tasting with sommelier Robin Kort.  2 hour course includes a wine making talk and a guided tasting of seven great wines to help you acquire the skills you need to elevate your personal wine appreciation.

DEC 17th - Our annual German Xmas Feast with guest Chef Erin Vickars.  Chef Erin of the Vancouver Club/Bishops has just returned from a stage at Atelier Crenn in San Fransisco to create a fabulous 5 course menu for you inspired by a traditional German Christmas with succulent goose as the main centerpiece.

DEC 31st - New Years Eve at the underground supper club with Chef Jacob Deacon Evans (West/Wildebeest).  BYO Bubbly to the long table and meet some new and fabulous friends!  A new years inspired greeting cocktail is included in your ticket.

A sold out event every year, it's Vancouver’s culinary road trip! Hop on board your private classic Vancouver Trolley and be whisked off to three hidden locations for your mouth-watering canapé creations, beverages and dinner.

This tour is the best way to explore the city’s culinary secrets and tantalize your taste buds! Secret Supper Soiree is speakeasy themed and 1920’s attire is encouraged, dress as fancy as you like!  It’s a culinary road-trip like no other with star Chef Jacob Deacon-Evans (formerly of Wildebeest, Bishops, West) creating your culinary adventure.

Three secret locations exploring Vancouver’s historic Chinatown; Pick-up location is 1150 Station Street. Outside Pacific Central Station.   For those of you who attended last year, two of the venues are brand new.  We kept the last one the same as 2016 just because it’s so perfect for our event.
