Hi , Do something different for your friends or company Christmas get together, invite them to a secret supper.   Have one of our star chefs create a one time only, five course dinner exclusively for your group.  You're invited to our underground supper club in your chefs home or for a larger group to our secret railtown location.  Our sommelier will be happy to give you wine pairing suggestions for the meal, plus save money with our BYOB policy. 12 - 60 guests. The Five Course Menu
  • Purple, red, golden beet - Fraser valley beets in different textures with home made ricotta and a coronation grape vinaigrette  
  • Yuzu cured Salmon - Ponzu (yuzu) cured salmon with cucumbers, cucumber broth and salmon roe
  • Masa Spot Prawns - Masa’s sushi rice “risotto” with sautéed spot prawns, heirloom squash and salsa verde   
  • Loin & hazelnut  - Organic beef loin, pomme Anna, young broccoli,  hazelnut gomae
  • And one surprise course!

Join us for our Sunday Rainforest Foraging Tours with a wildcraft expert - $44 inc light lunch.  Learn how to safely find wild, edible mushrooms.  Rain is good for something!

Fingers on buzzers!  We'll be opening up early bird tickets to our annual 1930's travelling culinary odyssey on Nov 21.  This speakeasy style event sells out fast every year, but we like to give our members early access to tickets, so watch for our email around then.
