Swallow Tail Culinary Adventures

There's so much great food out in nature, I always wonder why locals don't know more about the taste sensations growing right next to them.    My favourites in spring are flowering currant blossoms (out now), pineapple camomile and false lily of the valley.  These are some of the flavours of BC!

Let's start with false lily of the valley, these are gorgeous, peppery, crisp greens. Check out my blog post with tips on how to safely ID them.
