Swallow Tail Culinary Adventures

Spanish summer in the Garden
Featuring Chef Sarah Robinson
Chef Sarah will create a Spanish themed menu for the evening.  Grab a drink and seat yourself under the magnolia tree with your friends this summer. Let us do the cooking!

Pescatarians and vegetarians welcome!
 
Address to be given upon booking. Long table style dining.
Bring your own drinks, rose is recommended and best paired with a sunny day.  Or byo, vermut rojo with olives and an orange slice to fit with the Spanish theme.

Kid's Cooking School
Is a kid you know really excited about food and cooking? Do they want to take a close look behind the scenes of a pop-up restaurant and learn from a real chef?  Here's their chance!  ONLY 4 student spots left!

An afternoon filled with discovering ingredients and learning new kitchen skills, food preparation, table setting, server training, and hosting with the Swallow Tail supper club team.

Each student (11-16 years old) can invite up to 3 people (family or friends) for the dinner.

The menu theme will be Italy meets BC, some of the food cooked right outside in the cob oven.
Time: Sat, July 22, 5:30-8:30pm
Students will arrive earlier for their class with Chef Selma

Tickets: Six courses + cocktail - 75 (for each guest or student), students are $59 at the supper club longtable.

Modern Indian Feast!
Winner of Chopped Canada, sous chef to Gary Rhodes in London, Chef Valentino Pereira is our guest chef at the secret supper club.  He will create a fabulous  six course menu of modern Indian delicacies for us. This is a plated fine dining dinner featuring the spices and flavours of Goan cuisine (Western Indian) using modern French cooking techniques.
Our sommelier will be creating a themed greeting cocktail for your arrival, but bring your own beer or wine for the rest of the evening.

Byob, we'd recommend riesling (dry or off dry) to go with Indian food or your favourite low alcohol white wine as to not clash with the spices.
