Carnivoria - Meat lovers secret supper club

A summer BBQ in the garden, Chef Sarah Robinson cooks up steak, chicken, ribs, you name it, we're cooking it, this is a tribute to Argentina, Mexico, Texas and places where meat is worshiped.


No vegetarians for this one!

Address in Vancouver to be given upon booking. Long table style dining in the garden.  6:30pm - 69 - five courses

Sea Foraging Day

Fishing and dinner on the beach anyone?

Last years sold out event is back. Your chance to learn what you can catch in BC oceans without a boat.

We'll be fishing with biologist and commercial fisherman, Ficus Chan who will discuss harvesting seaweed, salmon, flounder, sole, sculpin, herring, crab, sea urchins, sea cucumbers, squid, clams, geoduck, scallops, whelk, oysters, mussels, gooseneck barnacles in BC.

Wine Tasting with Chef Robin
Want to feel more confident in your wine knowledge and have a chef teach you about food and wine pairing?  Chef and sommelier, Robin Kort will walk you through how to sip and swirl like a pro.  Good for beginners or wine lovers that want to brush up on wine trends and get tips on great value wines.  Taste a rich array of varietals and compare notes with fellow wine lovers as we taste through 7 bottles. 
Class starts Friday, Aug 25 at 7:30-10:30pm - $49

Summer Wild Foraging Tour
Learn how to safely identify wild, native BC edible plants with Chef Robin as your guide.  We'll search for native plants and wild berries, edible trees, shoots and leaves.  Great walk for food lovers, hikers and survivalists.  Everything you need to know to safely gather, prepare and cook the unique ingredients found only in the Pacific Northwest.
