It's summer and so we thought we'd have a barbecue in the garden and cook up some tasty beasties. Chef Sarah will smoke, grill and marinate her way into your heart with five mouth watering courses.  Steak, chicken, ribs, you name it, we're cooking it, this is a tribute to Argentina, Mexico, Texas and places where meat is the nearing holy.  Grab a drink and seat yourself under the magnolia tree with your friends this summer. Let us do the cooking at the underground supper club in Vancouver.

Sea Foraging Day

Fishing & Dinner on the beach anyone?

Last years sold out event is back. Your chance to learn what you can catch in BC oceans without a boat.

We'll be fishing with biologist and commercial fisherman, Ficus Chan who will discuss harvesting seaweed, salmon, flounder, sole, sculpin, herring, crab, sea urchins, sea cucumbers, squid, clams, geoduck, scallops, whelk, oysters, mussels, gooseneck barnacles in BC.

Share a sunset evening with Ficus and one of our Swallow Tail chefs who will be cooking you dinner near Jericho Beach. Bring all your questions about how to harvest from the seashore. We'll put in our crab nets in to see what we catch right off the dock, Ficus will teach you all you need to know about how to cast fish for Dungeness Crab and where to find the delicacies of the sea.
