Inspired from his recent culinary adventures in South America, Chef Kristian (Bacchus at the Westwood) is creating a one time only 5 course menu for Swallow Tail members.  Latin cuisine made lovingly with the best of BC's harvest season

West African & Caribbean Mash up with Chef Natasha Sawyer (Burdock & Co.), she's a super star chef who loves to forage and has a profound love for the sea.
She'll be playing with crawfish, mackerel, goat, plantain, coconut in her one time only five course menu at the underground supper club long table.
Tickets are a steal at $69 - Get em while they're hot!
