Wild salmon is one of the top foods that you can eat to make your dreams of vampire longevity come true without the blood sucking, right?  Full of vitamin D it will keep help keep the winter blues away.  And it's packed with Omega-3 fatty acids, adding years of mileage to your heart.

WILD SALMON FEAST

Is salmon one of your favourite fish? This is the supper for you and all your pescatarian friends. Master of the sea, Chef Erin Vickars, celebrates the most regal fish in BC with a lavish six course feast at the Swallow Tail secret Supper Club in Vancouver. This is a one time pop-up menu and the tickets sell fast so catch them quick.


WILD SALMON FEAST

1st course - Coho - Cured & cold shaved. Fresh cream, wild sheeps sorrel, lemon ice

2nd course - Sockeye - Wild caught, pickled daikon, citrus juice, chili

3rd course - Pink Salmon - Humpback, fire roasted, egg yolk, alliums

4th Course - Steelhead - Cold Smoked, lovage, grapefruit, Melba

5th course - Ivory Salmon - Stone fruits, inter-tidal veg, buckwheat

6th Course - Wild Berry Financier - Pine pollen, underbrush tips, cultured cream
