I love this shot.  This is exactly what Chef Sarah Robinson will be doing in the kitchen for Valentine's day, having fun with fire and smoke.  Don't be afraid:)

Valentine's Day Tickets Feb 14, 7-10pm
Chef Sarah Robinson is creating seven courses at the secret supper club inspired by Fire!  Ouch!  I'll be creating a special greeting drink for y'all.    Only a few spots left!

Join us at the long table for a seven course feast + a drink to toast your loved ones.

First course
BBQ oyster- smoky red pepper, hollandaise, Parmesan herb crumb

Second course
Tuna tataki- chilies, garlic chip, sesame, ginger, cilantro oil

Third Course
Whipped ricotta- fire grilled vine tomatoes, lemon zest, olive oil, herbs, crostini

Fourth Course
Ravioli- osso bucco ravioli, port wine reduction, Parmesan

Fifth course
Blackened tenderloin- chipotle pomme puree, creole butter, lardon

Sixth course
Flambé bananas foster- brioche bread pudding, rum ice cream, pecan brittle

Seventh course
Hand rolled chocolate chili truffle

Chef Heather Dosman (Farmer's apprentice/Grapes & Soda) creates a fabulous vegetarian five course at the underground supper club inspired by Vietnamese cuisine.

First course

Tempeh Squash Bao

Lemongrass celeriac báhn mi – Sunflower seed pate, spicy mayo, lemongrass celeriac, pickled daikon, carrot, hoisin, French baguette

Second course

Maple wood smoked tofu, sesame, seasonal vegetable salad with crispy rice crackers

Third course

Báhn xeo – Crispy coconut turmeric crepe, filled with shiitake mushroom, sprouts and seaweed. served with herbs salad and lettuce for wrapping

Fourth course

Mushroom Banh Canh Chay – Oyster mushroom, wild mushroom broth, rice noodle, daikon, fresh Vietnamese traditional herbs

Fifth course

Surprise dessert!
